For your convenience we offer Care by Ospitek (online medical history registration) for your surgery. Registration is designed to be quick and easy. Please have your medical history, medications, and the text message (and/or email) sent to you before entering the site. If you choose to access the medical history registration by the links provided on our webpage, you can find the PIN number needed within the text message (and/or email) you have received from the surgical center.
